Icing on the Cake: 2008 Addys

I was tickled to learn that two pro-bono projects to which I donated my photography services last year were just announced as winners in the 2008 ADDY competition. Each year, local advertising agencies and design firms enter their best work into this competition sponsored by the Ann Arbor Ad Club. Winners may go on to regional and national competition.

Icing on the Cake: 2008 Addys | You just never know when you might turn up on a billboard: A few weeks ago, I heard from a parent whose daughter was in one of the AAPSEF ads that had recently appeared in the Ann Arbor Observer. She was surprised to learn — and the first to tell me — that the photo I took of her daughter and another Lawton student is on a billboard at the corner of Liberty and W. Stadium!

Congrats to all Addy Award winners!
